The sauna complex (Saunarium) includes a dry sauna (Finnish), a steam sauna (Turkish), an aromatic herb sauna and a salt graduation tower. In addition, the sauna area also has a seating area with sun loungers.
Finnish sauna This is a traditional sauna made entirely of wood. Formerly her heart was a hearth, in which there were red-hot stones poured with water to produce steam. The furnace has now been replaced by electric furnaces. Dual-function stoves have a steam generator and create conditions very similar to a traditional sauna.
The effects of bathing in a Finnish sauna are primarily: acceleration and stimulation of metabolism, acceleration of pulse, increase in body temperature, intense sweating, vasodilation and stimulation of circulation.
Turkish sauna Also known as a steam sauna or Turkish bath. The optimal temperature for the steam room is 45 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is 100%. Due to high humidity, these saunas are built of ceramic tiles, plastic or tempered glass. The steam can be enriched with essential oils or herbal aromas. A bath in a steam sauna stimulates the secretion of the skin, stimulating it to get rid of harmful waste products and toxins. Water vapor penetrates deeply into the skin and moisturizes it.
Aromatic herbal sauna At first glance it looks like a typical Finnish sauna. However, it has a slightly lower temperature (70 to 80 ° C, humidity around 10%). An additional factor operating in the sauna are combinations of fragrances of essential oils. They have a great effect on the respiratory system because they inhale the respiratory tract. Various oils are also intended to put the sauna user in a deep state of relaxation
The graduation tower (brine) The graduation tower is made of coniferous wood (pine, spruce) and birch branches and brine pumping equipment. On the branches arranged on a wooden structure, brine is fed by pumps, which flows freely on them, and its excess accumulates in the trough placed on the floor. The brine thus distributed is subject to evaporation, producing an intense aerosol in the room.
The graduation tower saturates the air with iodine, bromine, calcium and a whole range of other micronutrients. Iodine causes thinning of mucus, bromine dilates the bronchi and calcium works anti-allergic. In addition to the above, the graduation tower also supplies magnesium, sodium, potassium, and iron to the environment.
